Springdale Heating & Air is a small business in Cleveland, TN. We are professional and agile.

We're looking for a dynamic and talented Receptionist to help support our growing staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a warm and friendly atmosphere to our clients, answering phone calls and directing all clients to the proper team members. We are looking for someone with previous experience in the customer service industry that displays strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Answer the telephone at appropriate times.
• Know how to connect people with the right person in the company.
• Answer questions about company services and personnel.
• Complete basic office responsibilities efficiently (file papers, process payments, etc).
• Greet visitors and give them the appropriate information.

The pay range for this position is $11.00-$12.00 per hour starting. We are looking to hire by mid-May. The optimal applicant will be able to handle a multi-line VOIP phone system, and be the primary receptionist in the phone rotation. This applicant will need to be able to efficiently resolve phone calls in a timely manor to avoid the lines being backed up with calls while ensuring optimal customer service experience.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Cleveland, TN 37312: Relocate before starting work (Required)
